Sweet & Sour Squid

Ingredients:
500g Squid
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
Sauce:
50ml PRB Sweet & Sour Sauce
½ teaspoon
Corn Starch
½
teaspoon Sugar
Method :
1. Cut
the squid into pieces, coat it with corn starch, then fry in hot oil for 1
minute;
2. Heat
the PRB Sweet & Sour Sauce in the wok, add in squid and stir well, seasoned
with sugar;
3. Pour
some lemon juice and serve.
